Project Management
We have been responsible for the overall project management and procurement of commercial, industrial, residential and retail building projects up to a project construction value of $25M.
Our team of engineers and project managers are involved in the preparation of engineering design, documentation, planning submissions, tender management and contract administration while we carry out our Superintendent roles on these projects.
As Project Managers, we ensure that our clients are well looked after by ensuring that builders carry out their works in strict compliance to project documentations and to industry best practices and NCC requirements.
We also ensure that client’s requirements and expectations are met with respect to quality, cost and schedule.
